What a subscription includes
All plans unlock the same premium features; they differ only in billing period. The exact list of premium features is shown in the app before you subscribe.
Which communication features (messages, photos, voice, audio and video calls) are part of each plan is shown in the app before you subscribe.
Billing
How billing works.
- Billing period
- You’re charged at the start of each period: weekly, monthly or yearly, depending on the plan.
- Renewal
- All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand in your app store.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at any time in the App Store or Google Play: Subscriptions → ChatPlate → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds
- Refunds are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. ChatPlate does not process refunds directly.
- Payment data
- Payments go through your app store. ChatPlate does not store your payment details.
- Deleting the app
- Uninstalling ChatPlate does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your app store.
Pricing questions
Plan changes are made in your app store’s subscription settings. The store shows when the new plan starts and what you’ll be charged.
This website doesn’t list a free plan. What you can do without a subscription is shown in the app.
App stores convert prices into local currencies and include local taxes, so the final amount may differ slightly from the euro price shown here.
