Account deletion
Delete yourChatPlate account.
You can ask for your account and the related data to be deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
- 01Write to support@chatplate.com from the email address linked to your ChatPlate account.
- 02Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include the license plate registered on your account.
- 03We may contact you to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
- 04You’ll receive a confirmation once the request has been processed.
Before you request deletion
- Cancel any active subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- After deletion, people can no longer reach you through your plate.
- Some data may be kept where required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
