The problem
A car blocks an exit, lights are left on, a window is open. The person who could fix it in a minute is somewhere nearby, unreachable.

Link communication to the license plate, inside an app, so people can reach each other about a vehicle without sharing personal contact details.

Keep messages about the vehicle, let people choose whether to reply, and give them tools to block and report misuse.
